Privacy Notice

Chitti Agents ("we", "us", "our"), based in Bengaluru, India, runs the AI matchmaking service at chittiagent.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it in plain words on purpose.

What we collect

Today, if you join the waitlist or buy a founding membership, we collect the email, city, and country you give us, and basic technical logs needed to run the site securely. After launch, as you talk with your matchmaker, we will build a conversational persona: your character, values, preferences, and what you are looking for. We collect only what we need to introduce you well.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use your email, city, and country to run the waitlist and founding membership, to tell you when Chitti opens in your city, and to decide which cities to open first. After launch, we use your persona data for one purpose only: understanding you well enough to make good introductions. We rely on your consent and on performing the service you asked for, and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in operating and improving Chitti.

Payments

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles your card details; we do not see or store full payment card numbers. Paddle processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

What we never do

We never sell your personal data. We never use your conversations or persona data for advertising, and we never show them to other members. Your data is for making your matches better, not for anything else.

Who we share with

We share data only with service providers who help us run Chitti, such as our payment reseller (Paddle), email delivery, and hosting. They may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your waitlist entry or membership is active, or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and, for users in the EU or UK, under the GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, email hello@chittiagent.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. We use only what is needed to run the site securely (for example, to keep your session and protect forms). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
